Resilient Humans – Health for a Future Fit World marks the second in the The 6AM Agency ‘Resilience & Rebounds’ Series with Australia’s leaders in business, health and environment – with Dr Ross Walker.
October 5 saw the second of the 6AM Resilience & Rebounds Series, a one-hour virtual lunch with Dr Ross Walker, Australia’s leading Integrative Cardiologist and Media Commentator including Radio Show Host for 2GB’s Healthy Living Show, the #1 show in Sydney, Australia.
Talking with a virtual gathering of twelve senior executives from around Australia, New Zealand and Japan, Dr Walker shared insights of challenges faced by Australians, whom he has daily contact with him his Lindfield, Sydney, Cardiology practice and as radio show host, weekly on Sundays.
The guests from sectors across FMCG, Nutrition, Complementary Medicine, Clean Energy, Medical Diagnostics, Medicinal Cannabis, Hemp amongst others were educated about the key issues that matter for the future fitness of our human race, with a global population sitting at a staggering 8 billion people, and growing as well as rapid advancement in medical science and technology including nano-technologies and regenerative medicine, making medical protocols and treatments, far easier, more accessible to more with a focus on prevention and regeneration.
Dr Walker highlighted that whilst the Covid-19 pandemic is our absolute priority, with all to be vaccinated, the new epidemic of the 21sth century is almost all related to adiposity / metabolic syndrome and one we cannot ignore. Lifestyle behaviour change is absolutely paramount if we are to focus on a future fit world.
Key to the session was Dr Walker’s focus on gratitude for a life well lived, where he shared his own philosophy of life. “Happiness, peace, and contentment are the most powerful health strategies available to us all.”
